Free samples of most Trion products are available upon request.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Samples are sent via the
Postal Service, Parceline or equivalent. Samples can be sent express,
but the expenses incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Special Metal Finishes
Standard finish is Galvanized Zinc unless otherwise noted. We can
provide plated items in a variety of finishes including Zinc Chromate,
Zinc, Blue Zinc, Chrome, Nickel, and Black Oxide. Contact your Trion
representative to discuss your needs

Color-Perm® Epoxy Powder Coating
Color-Perm® items feature a tough, baked-on epoxy powder coating
providing a durable surface comparable to plating. Standard colors
include black, white and beige, but a range of custom colors are
available including variegated and marbleized finishes.
Special Polymer Materials & Colours
We can provide extruded and moulded items in a number of materials,
transparent or opaque, and in a wide range of PMS, RAL and custom
colors. Minimums may apply.
Special Items
If you require an item not shown on these pages, our capabilities
range from design of your part to tooling to production of the finished
item. Our high-speed, computer controlled wire forming, metal stamping
and plastic extrusion facilities are unmatched in the industry.

Special Packing
Packing is noted where applicable throughout our catalogues. Packing
to your specific requirements in poly bags or cartons is possible.

Return Merchandise Policy
Returns must be authorized and an authorization number must be issued
from the factory within 90 days of shipment. Credit will not be
issued for unauthorized returns. All returns are to be sent freight
prepaid within 30 days of issuance of authorization number. A 25%
service charge is made on all returns. Custom orders are not returnable.
Colors other than those carried in stock are not returnable.
Minimum Order $100
Any order under $100 minimum will be charged an extra $10 handling
fee. Less than minimum orders are available by credit card or CIA
(cash in advance) unless you are a current customer with an established
account and approved credit.
